It's good to be back with you guys and thanks for showering me with so much of love for previous two articles. I have got lots of messages and mails about what to write next and I am thankful to all of you. So, in continuation to my last blog , I have decided to give you tips on how you can nourish your face with fruits and vegetables. Boys, don't get paranoid because this would be of immense help for you as well.


Fruits/Vegetables face masks not only gives you soft and glowing skin but it also helps in removing blemishes and dark spots. If used properly it can even control extra oil on your face and are really helpful to those who have dry skin. Now you must be wondering what are those magical fruits/vegetables which enhances your beauty and also cure your skin. Let's familiarize ourselves with those magical fruits/vegetables below:

1) Banana- Take two slices of banana, mesh it and apply on your face. Leave it for 10-15 mins and then wash your face. You can add some other ingredients like  honey, lemon juice or turmeric according to your choice otherwise banana is sufficient in itself. It not only moisturize your face but also control excessive oil from your face. So it is perfect nourishing face mask for both dry and oily skin.

 2) Papaya- Same process is for papaya also. Take one spoon of papaya pulp and apply on your face. Leave it for 10-15 mins and then wash your face. Papaya is a good source of minerals and vitamins and is healthy as well. It is the best moisturizer for your face. It also helps to control wrinkles and remove tan from your skin.

3) Grapes- Take one grape cut it and rub it on your face. After that let it dry for 7-9 mins and then wash your face. For your knowledge, grapes are also known as 'The Queen of fruits'. It is a good source of Vitamin C and we all know how much vitamin C is beneficial for our body. This is a must fruit for your face.

4Cucumber- Take two slices of cucumber and rub it gently on your face. Rub it like you are applying something on your face. Don't do this harshly. Leave it for 5 mins and then wash your face. Cucumber is my favorite veggie. I love having Cucumber😋. Cucumber contains 96% water and hydrates your body better than anything. It nourishes your face, and are also good for eyes. Be as "Cool as Cucumber".

5) Potato- You can use potato as a slice, as a pulp form or as a juice. Apply this for 15 mins on your face and then wash it. It not only nourishes your skin but even helps in reducing dark spots, blemishes, dark circles, etc. Potato is called "The King of Vegetables".

6) Tomato- Take two tomato slices and rub it gently on your face then leave it for 10 mins. After that wash your face. You can use tomato juice also. It helps to moisturize your face, shrinks pores, fight acne, remove blackheads, remove tan, remove excess oil, improve your skin tone, and remove dead skin from your face.

7) Avocado- Mash ripe avocado and apply on your face. Apply this for 15mins then wash it. Avocado is good for all skin types. It is good source of vitamins E and C and contains antitoxins. It not only develops moisture retention capacity of skin but also improves skin texture and tone.

You can apply these as a pulp or as juice. Barring these, there are some more vegetables and fruits recommended for healthy skin but they work only when you include them in your diet. Soon, I will mention them in a separate blog. We all know that fruits and vegetables are good for our health and skin, but do we really take them in a planned way? I doubt so because I have been victim of this. I know you guys are super super busy at your work and don't even get time to eat properly. I totally get it. But I have realized that once you take out some time and start using them in a planned way, it not only nourishes your skin but keeps you fresh and ready for your day to day challenges.
 
These are the best fruits and veggies which can give you magnificent skin. In early days you have to apply this on an alternate basis for 1 months and after that you can apply 4-5 times in a month.
